The Government of Bangladesh does not have adequate facilities to accelerate the education of deaf people in the country and to implement projects / programs towards employment. In this context, ARS-Bangladesh is apt to set up a sign language and ICT center with all modern facilities to transform deaf people into skilled workers for the purpose of promoting their education and self-employment. Two buildings are under construction with ARS-Bangladesh’s own funds for the implementation of two named projects / programs. One of the structures has a five-storey building with 4,500 square feet of space on each floor and the other has 1,600 square feet of space on each of the 11 decimal lands with one floor.
