শিল্প মন্ত্রণালয় নিয়োগ বিজ্ঞপ্তি ২০২২ www.chakrirkbr.com। প্রতিটি কারখানার জন্য রয়েছে আলাদা এন্টারপ্রাইজ বোর্ড/কোম্পানী বোর্ড। প্রতিটি এন্টারপ্রাইজ বোর্ড শিল্প মন্ত্রনালয়ের একজন প্রতিনিধি বোর্ডের পরিচালক হিসাবে নিয়োজিত আছেন। সংশ্লিষ্ঠ কারখানার ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালকগন নিজ এন্টারপ্রাইজ বোর্ডের দিক নির্দেশনা এবং তদারকির মাধ্যমে দৈনন্দিন কার্যাবলী পরিচালনা করে থাকেন। উত্তরাধীকার সূত্রে প্রাপ্ত ৮৮টি প্রতিষ্ঠান নিয়ে সংস্থার যাত্রা শুরু হয়। পরবর্তীতে ৬টি নতুন কারখানা সংস্থা কর্তৃক স্থাপিত হয় ও ৩টি কারখানা অন্য সংস্থা হতে বিসিআইসি এর নিয়ন্ত্রনাধীনে ন্যাস্ত হয়। সরকার বিরাষ্ট্রীয়করন নীতিমালা বাস্তবায়ন এর ফলে মোট ৯৭টি শিল্প প্রতিষ্ঠান মধ্যে ৬৫টি প্রতিষ্ঠান হতে পূজি প্রত্যাহার করা হয়। ৭টি কারখানা প্রাক্তন মালিকের নিকট ও ৭টি প্রতিষ্ঠান মুক্তিযোদ্ধা কল্যাণ ট্রাষ্ট এর নিকট হস্তান্তর করা হয়। ৫টি প্রতিষ্ঠান সরকারি সিদ্ধান্তক্রমে বন্ধ করে জনবল পে-অফ করা হয়েছে। বর্তমানে ১৩টি শিল্প প্রতিষ্ঠান বিসিআইসি এর নিয়ন্ত্রনাধীনে পরিচালিত হচ্ছে ও অংশীদারিত্বের ভিত্তিতে আরো ৯টি শিল্প প্রতিষ্ঠান পরিচালিত হচ্ছে। শিল্প মন্ত্রণালয় নিয়োগ বিজ্ঞপ্তি ২০২২ এর আরো তথ্য নিচে দেখুন।

The chairman and directors of the board of directors are appoint by the government. The chairman as chief executive given the power to manage the company. The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company empowers the Board of Directors, the Secretary, the Heads of Departments and the Heads of the Factories to be entrust with the functions of the Board of Directors.
