Local and national government authorities also regularly monitor our programs. The Deputy Commissioner (DC) and the Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) are responsible for monitoring NGO activities at the district and sub-district (upazila) levels on behalf of the government. The Ambala Foundation required to submit regular progress reports to the government. I work for social change with honesty, sincerity and dedication. My team and I take creative steps to solve social problems. Our heroes can identify problems and see it as an opportunity to create a solution.

The Ambala Foundation started its journey in 1994 when the founder Mr. Arif Sikder and his friends dreamed of changing the path of poverty reduction and environmental sustainability with new methods. The Ambala Foundation founded in 1994 by Mr. Arif Sikder and his friends while he was a student at Dhaka University. He is also serving as the current executive director. Prior to 2016, Ambala Foundation was known as Environment Council Bangladesh. In short, it recognized worldwide as EC Bangladesh. But from 2016 the name of the organization changed to Ambala Foundation.
