TMSS Job Circular 2023 has been publish. Thengamara Mahila Sabuj Sangha is a microfinance based NGO of Bangladesh for short. In 1960, Ashok Fellow Professor Dr. Hosne Ara Begum established TMSS in Bogra, Bangladesh. It is a women based Bangladeshi organization working for poverty alleviation, socio-economic infrastructure development, women empowerment in Bangladesh. TMSS is working closely with a number of organizations, including NCC Bank Limit, improve the quality of service in rural areas of Bangladesh. With the approval of the Social Welfare Department, TMSS was established in a village called Thengamara under Sadar upazila of Bogra district with the local title ‘Thengamara Sabaj Sangha’ (TSS). During the great liberation war of Bangladesh, all the documents of TSS were burnt and the operations were stopped. Later in 1960 the TSS authorities expressed their inability and inability to run the agency and decided to hand over the decision to Prof.

Admitted to TMSS in 1970, Professor. Hosne Ara Begum as Founder CEO; TMSS is on the development train to this day under his wise counsel. The socio-economic progress that has been achieved and which has given a wide range of beneficiaries across the country based on the cherished goals and objectives of TMSS can be attributed to its careful approach, dynamic leadership and prudent guidance. It is pertinent to mention here that the main reason behind the addition of the Bengali word “green” to the revised and reconstructed company written by TMSS was the main goal of the green revolution in rural Bangladesh. The main objective of TMSS is to develop the socio-economic status of the poor, especially the marginalized, through the implementation of grassroots decisions and utilization of local human and material resources.
