The Bangladesh Medical Research Council (BMRC) provides Medline-Literary Research Service (M-LSS) to doctors and social scientists engaged in health research. The BMRC contains abstracts of all scientific articles from 1966 to date (indicated in Medicaid). BMRC also has access to the WHO Reproductive Health Library. BMRC uses internet. The Council provides online literature search services (O-LSS) for doctors and social scientists engaged in health research.
BMRC provides full-text article services through the Intelidoc system. IntelliDoc is an intelligent way to get documents. This service is provided by the Canadian Institute for Scientific and Technical Information (CISTI). The request is made via the Internet and the desired document is received by laser fax within 72 hours of the request. Literature on Health Systems Research (HSR), WHO report; Books on research methods are available in the Council Library.
