The management of CCDB is based on the principles of its partnership. The central office of the organization has 9 thematic sub-committees. The sub-committees ensure the participation of all those working in various fields in policy formulation and management of activities. A Central Steering Committee consisting of one from each sub-committee formed which coordinates the management and monitoring of the various departments. It reviews the work of different branches, identifies problems and points out ways to eliminate them. The steering committee meets once a month. The subcommittee also meets once a month.
