Housing and building research institute job circular 2022, In November 1970, the then Government of East Pakistan initiated the establishment of a project of the Housing and Settlement Directorate under the Ministry of Public Works as “Establishment of Building Research Center” at a cost of Rs. 2.3 million. A report by the Department of Housing shows that the expenditure for the approved project started from the financial year 1984-85. At the request of the project implementing agency, the Central Land Allocation Committee (CLAC) meeting on 6-12-71 decided to provide 60 acres of land to the institute. After receiving the land as per the decision, the Housing and Settlement Directorate took the initiative to construct the main building of the institute in 1982.

Independence The Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Housing and Building Research Center established on 13 January 1975 with the aim of solving the housing crisis of a large population by making maximum use of indigenous construction materials and limited resources in North Bangladesh. Later it became an autonomous organization called Housing and Building Research Institute. The Housing and Building Research Institute is now operating in a general direction and the functions of the Institute are vested on the Board of Directors. See more in job paper bd. From February 6, 1986 to February 8, 1989, Dr. W.P. Musynski, as a Housing & Building Research Expert, recommends the development of Kalin’s position at the Institute.

Over the years, the Institute has been able to create the necessary laboratory facilities for examination / research work and has been able to recruit a suitable number of qualified engineers / architects / scientists for experience and training at home and abroad.
